My presentation at the NTEN conference in DC, "Should you migrate to Google Apps?" was well received. Lots of questions were asked. I even got some well-deserved chuckles when I described our antiquated system and how we joined the 21st century. I am a much more confident speaker after Beth's coaching and advice.
